TELICS has experience in a number of Right of Way disciplines involving various Federal, State, and Local Municipalities. We have prepared Department of Transportation Relocation Agreements for thousands of miles of Distribution Facility Upgrades and Relocations associated with highway and bridge work. The Right of Way Division has experience working in conjunction with Design Projects for TELICS clients who seek turnkey solutions. Projects for which TELICS has provided turnkey solutions include a 501 mile route to accommodate a Fiber Optic communications link for DeltaCom and Right of Way Acquisition, Appraisal, and Utility Coordination for the award winning Charlotte Outer Loop I-85/I-485 Interchange.
TELICS is prequalified to provide Right of Way Services to the City of Charlotte, North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), West Virginia Department of Transportation (WVDOT), Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KTC).
